Amy Legere, Care Advocate
I was born and raised in Las Vegas, NV and moved to Reno to attend college at the University of Nevada Reno in 1998. While attending college, I got married & was relocated to Sarasota, FL for my husband’s job. While living there I decided to change majors which is when I found my love & passion for alternative medicine. I received an AS in Medical Assisting and did my externship in acupuncture in 2011.
I was familiar with chiropractic care growing up because I suffered from headaches due to neck issues. It wasn’t until the birth of my last child that I was reintroduced to chiropractic care due to difficulties during childbirth.
After finally moving “back home” from Florida to Nevada, I knew I wanted to continue my career in Alternative Healthcare. While working in alternative medicine offices, I obtained my Chiropractic Assistant certification in 2016. All these years later, I continue to be in love with my career and advocate to EVERYONE the importance of Acupuncture and Chiropractic care. It is never too early or late to get and stay healthy.

I am a Certified Chiropractic Assistant and one of the first faces you see when you walk into our office! I was born and raised here in the Biggest Little City. I’m artful and enjoy all things outdoors! Working at 8 Dimensions Health Center has changed my entire perspective on a vitalistic approach to healthcare.
